We ship within the UK - Including Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days
Orders will be posted via Royal mail. Please allow 1-3 working days for 1st class and 3-5 working days for 2nd class and 4-8 days for Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. Orders over 2 kilos will be sent by DPD or Interlink Courier.
Next Day Orders.
Next day orders must be ordered BEFORE 13.00.
They will be sent via the courier Dpd/Interlink using a fully tracked service Mon - Frid delivery only.
I.E. All orders placed before 13.00 Mon - Thurs will be delivered the next day. Any orders placed on Friday/ Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.

If it has been sent via Interlink we will provide you with your tracking number which you can use via Dpd/Interlink's web site to locate your parcels progress and delivery information.
Interlink usually provide you with an accurate delivery time ie between 16.00 and 17.00 etc.
Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive and sign for the delivery.
If there is no-one to receive the delivery, Interlink will try and deliver it to a neighbour and leave a card to tell you where the parcel is.
If they cannot deliver
your parcel, they will leave a calling card for you to contact them and
re-arrange a delivery either by phone or on-line.
All orders for Europe & United States, Canada,Australia and New Zealand will be posted using Royal Mail Priority Airmail and fully tracked.

For Europe allow 6-10 days and Worldwide 10-14 days unless it is held is by Customs.
N.B. Parcels over 2 kilos will be split as the max weight per parcel is 2 kilos
***To keep our stock in the best possible condition, especially the chocolates, we store them in a cooled environment during periods of hot weather.
Once they are dispatched we cannot control the temperature at which they are being shipped via the shipping agent, so we cannot guarantee that they will arrive in perfect condition.
When placing your order we can only advise and warn you of any possible heat damage and will ship all orders on a daily basis.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for the weather, nor any adverse affects it might have on perishable stock.***
