These are the roots harvested from the liquorice plant. Chew them until they are soft and stringy and then suck out the delicious liquorice juice. It can also be chopped up into pieces and infused in hot water to make delicious Liquorice tea. 

NB.When stored, it must be wrapped up, in an airtight container and in a dry place. Otherwise the root will dry out and loose it's flavour.

This is just the pure juice, extracted from the root, solidified, with NOTHING added.
It is ROCK solid and has a very ,very STRONG Liquorice flavour.
Best to either be sucked, or broken into small pieces.
It is NOT chewable.

These Liquorice pieces are the same as the

"Hard Stuff",just pure Liquorice juice, extracted from the root, solidified, with NOTHING added.

But alot more manageable as they are small pieces (Approx 1/2 cm high & 1/2 cm diametre)
